HOW TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

BEFORE YOU START…

  • If you select in-store pickup for your online order-it will be canceled. We only allow same or next day in-store pickups for orders placed at the store kiosks.

  • You should have a working knowledge of where your photos are on your phone, and how to find them. We do not provide technical or educational support for phones or computers.

  • IN ADVANCE, download all the photos you want to print (download from emails, social media, text messages, cloud storage, etc.)

  • Copy your photos to a specific album (phone) or folder (computer). Finding your images on your devices is not a service we provide.

  • Edit using your phone/PC for color, brightness, etc., but DO NOT CROP IN ADVANCE

  • Know which size prints and quantities you need in advance. Measure spaces or frames if needed.

Unsupported Devices:

  • Flip phones (phones that are not smart phones)

  • Password-protected USB drives

  • Mobile devices without cellular data access (this is because we do not offer WIFI in-store)

  • External USB hard drives (we only support thumb drives)

  • USB drives with more than 500 photos (you may still be able to use your USB, but your experience will be slow)

Phone Issues Richmond Camera CANNOT Address:

  • Customer having trouble finding your photos.

  • Customer having issues opening apps/web browser/text app, etc.

  • Phones with technical issues (low memory, broken screens, performance issues)

  • Older phones lacking haptic touch features (i.e. older Android phones will make you upload one photo at a time, significantly increasing the amount of time to place an order)

  • Customer issues/questions using or accessing any cloud storage

  • Unsupported file types (we only support JPG). Even though the ordering software states it can accept PNG files, the print lab itself cannot print them.

  • Small files that are unable to print at a preferred size. Please note that 300 pixels per inch of height, and width, produce an ideal print). For iPhones, tap the ‘i’ icon at bottom of screen when viewing an image, to see the pixel dimensions.
