RICHMOND CAMERA is no longer performing repairs,
or shipping items for repair.

To assist you, we are providing the following information below.

  1. Sometimes, a mechanical repair is not needed. If unsure, bring your fully-charged digital camera (with memory card and lens) so that we can observe and discuss with you (keep in mind we no longer perform repairs, or ship items for repair). Please do not bring any film cameras in-store for assistance/inspection/service/questions/repair/advice/etc.

  2. Most manufacturers no longer have repair parts for cameras more than six (6) years old. We can discuss this with you in-person. If the model is eligible for service, you can ship it to the manufacturer (Richmond Camera no longer ships equipment from our store).

  3. Gray market (non-US warranty) equipment will not be serviced/repaired by the manufacturer. Note: Most manufacturers will also decline to repair any water-damaged cameras or lenses.
