  • NOTE: If your film has NOT YET been developed, you would need to contact us to see if that particular film can be developed. This pricing is for DEVELOPED film.

For negative strips that you need printed, we will print the ENTIRE strip. We do not print specific frames from a strip.

There may be additional charges for film that is damaged, specific film types, etc. Example: If negatives are 4x5 format or larger (3.9”x4.9”), an additional $15.00/frame is added to the print pricing.

We reserve the right to decline film that we believe to be too fragile or hazardous to be handled by our technicians.

Wallet size is 2.5 x3.5 and comes in a pair printed on the same 3.5x5 sheet. You will need to cut down the center of the pair upon receiving your prints.

If you have groupings of film (ex: different envelopes of negatives) that you want kept separated, each group will be a separate order.

  • $13 -Add a 8gb USB-A drive to your order (JPG in SRGB colorspace).

$15.00/image - Add simple spot removal, color and contrast corrections, etc.

No custom print sizes, mounted prints, etc. For such items, we can simply scan your film, and you can order digitally from our website or through any vendor..

Frequently asked questions

  • We use air compressors to blow off loose dust, but we do NOT wipe off your film (to avoid scratching it), and we do NOT apply any cleaning solvents to your film. Therefore any dust that is firmly adhered, mold, mildew, scratches, etc. will still be evident in new scans/prints.

  • Due to workloads, we cannot scan/photograph your original film while you wait. You will need to leave it at our location. However, you have the peace of mind that your originals never need to leave our facility.

  • While you are more than welcome to ship work to our retail location, we do NOT ship back to you. You would need to pick up completed work at our location, or you could arrange for someone else to pick up the order. We also highly caution against shipping original, irreplaceable items through any shipping service.

  • Sometimes film will have scratches, debris adhered to the film, mildew, mold, fibers, or other defects. Film can also change in terms of color over time. We do not make judgment calls as whether to stop work on your order if we encounter such items. Many times, such items are not visible to the naked eye, and only appear once scanned or printed in a much larger format. We do not offer refunds or discounts based on the condition of the originals.

  • Due to different processes, paper, paper coatings, and how light may react to those variations, it is not possible to guarantee a 100% match between a new print and a previous print made from the film. If you have specific questions about the color, please discuss with our technicians upon dropping off the order in our store.

  • If you choose a different shape rectangle than that of your original film, the new size may not have the same aspect ratio as the original film. Our technicians can explain the cropping to you if you’d like. Please be sure to discuss with them when dropping off the order. Example: If your slide film is square, we often suggest a square print size, as opposed to cropping off a significant amount of the original. In addition, slide scanning is performed with the original mount intact, some slight cropping might occur.

  • We do not store the digital files (created during this process) beyond 7-10 days. If you think you may want to re-order additional prints at a later date, you should add a CD or USB to your order, so that you can keep the digital files, even after they have been purged from our systems.

  • We do not perform any slide mounting service for the slide itself.

  • We no longer offer contact sheets (or proof sheets).
