Richmond Camera has one location, located in the shopping area ‘Carytown’ in Richmond, Virginia. Throughout the company’s history, there have been other locations, but currently our sole location is the one on West Cary Street. This location is in a section of shops called ‘Cary Court’ and is on the left-hand side when driving through Carytown, and there is a moderate-sized parking lot in front of the store.

  • We do typically recommend low volume times of Mon-Tue from 10am-11:30am to lessen parking issues.

  • There is limited additional parking behind Cary Court

  • Phone service is limited at the beginning/end of the day, during required store tasks. Leave a voicemail during those times.

  • No WIFI access, and no customer/public restroom access

 

  • Richmond Camera currently operates one location. We have had multiple locations over the years, but our Carytown retail store is our sole current location.

  • We are not currently offering those options, but will re-investigate as it becomes feasible.

  • No, Richmond Camera no longer offers any service to inspect, repair, or ship camera gear. Please click here for some available manufacturer information.

  • Richmond Camera’s Return Policy helps ensure the quality of our equipment to our customers. We cannot guarantee equipment that has been out of our possession is in new condition.

    1. All refunds, returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of date of purchase.

    2. Customer must provide original Richmond Camera proof of purchase.

    3. Merchandise must be in resalable condition. All packaging must be intact.

    4. There are no returns on computer software, videotapes, media cards, digital media, bulbs or batteries.

    5. No returns on special orders.

    6. Defective Merchandise will be handled according to the policies of the manufacturer.

    7. Returns on cameras, flashes and lenses will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

    8. Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender. Any cash refund over $20.00 will be issued a check from the main office.* If refund is to be issued on a credit card, the cardholder ust be present.

    *(Checks are cut every two weeks). Credit card transactions are always put back against the original credit card. Checks are not cut for credit card transactions, regardless the amount.
