| Submitting Digital Images |
| When submitting your digital images for either printing, restoration, or other purposes,
it is always best to make sure they have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Modern digital cameras now produce very
high quality images, so most people shouldn't be concerned with resolution, just as long as they shoot the highest
quality, least compressed .JPEG the camera will allow. |
If you are submitting a photograph or image that you have manipulated (such as with
Adobe Photoshop or another image editor) for print purposes,
this file must be an 8-bit, sRGB file only. While we can accept TIFF files, JPEGs are preferred. Please
contact customer service if you have any questions regarding your files. |
Remake Services |
| The quality of your work is guaranteed. When a remake is necessary, we require
that you return a copy of your receipt, the original work order (or job bag), and the work to be
corrected. Please provide clear instructions as to what needs to be corrected. Remakes are made at no
charge when received within 30 days of original order. |
